Cassia Powder is generally made by broken cassia after grinding into powder.
Broken cassia has small size, with a length of 2cm up and thickness is just 0.8-1.6mm. It is generated from the production of split cassia or made from the bark of the small branches (this type is usually thin and size is not large).
